At The E.T.C. Lab, we equip high school juniors and seniors with the tools to lead in business, technology, and civic life. Our programs transform students from uncertain learners into confident changemakers ready to build, innovate, and lead the systems that shape their world.
Our Programs
SPEED Program
A four-week summer experience where students explore leadership, civic power, and pitch real projects to community leaders.
After School Program
A ten-month experience where students grow as leaders, explore civic systems, and launch real campaigns, businesses, or policy ideas with support from mentors and peers.
