Origin & Leadership
Why did The E.T.C. Lab start? What gap were the founders trying to fill?
The E.T.C. Lab was born from a shared belief that the next generation of leaders should not have to wait their turn to create change. Staci Childs and Isaiah Davis created the Lab to bridge the gap between policy, innovation, and real community power, starting with students who are ready to lead now.
